The Vendor reserves the right not to execute orders placed by entities other than end users and, in any case, orders not in compliance with its business policy. How to purchase
To purchase one or more products on www.muffinshop.it
, the product must be selected (model, size, colour) and the order form must be completed in electronic format (personal, billing and shipment details). This form is then transmitted by computer automatically to the Vendor.
The order form makes reference to the General Sales Conditions (this page) and to a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each ordered product and its price (inclusive of all applicable taxes or levies), the payment methods available for product purchase and the methods of delivery of the purchased products, together with shipment costs.
The contract becomes effective when the Vendor receives the order form by computer and after checking the correctness of the order data.
The order form is filed in our databank for the time needed to execute the order and in any case for the time indicated by the law.
Once the contract has become effective, Studio.11 starts processing your purchase order.
The Vendor shall be entitled to refuse purchase orders which do not provide adequate guarantees of solvency or which are incomplete or incorrect, or in the case of unavailability of products.
In such cases, the buyer is informed by email that the contract is not effective and that the purchase order has not been processed by the Vendor, and the reasons for this are clearly specified.
In the event of the products, presented on www.muffinshop.it
, being no longer available or for sale at the time of your last accessing the website or at the time of sending the order form, the Vendor will promptly contact you – and in any case within thirty (30) days starting on the day after that on which you sent your order to the Vendor – to notify you of any unavailability of the ordered products. In the event of the order form having been sent and the price paid, the Vendor shall refund any amounts already paid by you.
Once the contract has been executed, the Vendor will send you, by email, a purchase order receipt containing a summary of the information already contained on the order form (the information relating to the essential characteristics of the product and detailed indication of the price, the payment methods and the delivery costs). , which Studio.11 purchases directly from carefully-selected fashion houses, manufacturers and retailers and personalises manually. Such products should therefore be deemed limited addition products. The Vendor does not sell second-hand products. The handmade production process and the finishes (including ageing/wear) are part of the product which is sold as such. inside each product sheet. The product images and colours may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
Product prices could be subject to updating. Make sure of the end sales price before sending the order form. Purchase requests from Countries not included among those displayed on the order page will not be accepted by the Vendor.
The Warranty on such products is provided directly by Studio.11. Conditions for the commodity exchange
The commodity exchange can be done with any item of equal to or greater cost than that purchased by paying the di erence. If the article is instead should be changed to a lower amount, a refund, will not be issued to monetary payment.
The deadline the Exchange to be refunded is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
You will have two options:

: in order to make the change you must contact us at the o ce number 054472030 to reserve the item that you are wished to replace.It is necessary for the goods to be fully integrated in its original packaging and that tax receipt of purchase is inserted in the inside of the box.

To pay for the products and shipping and delivery costs, you can use one of the methods indicated on the order form – credit card or COD. In this latter case, only valid for Italy, further collection costs are charged. The amount must be paid to the express courier in cash.
In case of payment by credit card, the financial details (e.g., credit/debit card number or the date of card expiry) will be sent, by encrypted protocol to the bank of reference, which provides related remote electronic payment services, without third parties having access to such details in any way. Such information, entered directly onto the bank portal is not stored in any way by the vendor and is only used to complete the procedures relating to your purchase and to make any refunds in case of products being returned as a result of your entitlement to withdraw from the purchase, or in the event of its becoming necessary to prevent or report the committing of frauds to the police.
